     We are a tax-exempt, 501© 3 non-profit organization that helps young extraordinarily gifted classical musicians and artists.  

    Our philosophy and aspiration is to afford talented young musicians and artists an opportunity to reach the highest pinnacles of their potential. We aim to help young musicians and artists from around the globe, from different cultures and backgrounds to come together to explore the new frontiers of creative endeavors. Our work is particularly geared towards the development of the young generation and we aim to bring music to every classroom.  It is at the forefront of progressive education. Art and Music are the ultimate expressions of the inner beauty of the human spirit that ignite our passion and imagination.

    AADGT has helped over 30 artists and aspiring musicians including Sandra Cameron( USA), Nicolas Kendall (USA), Ilya Itin (Russia), winner of the 1996 Leeds International Competition; David Carpenter (USA), Aimi Kobayashi (Japan), Shohei Sekimoto (Japan), Alexander Karsantia (Georgia), winner of the Artur Rubinstein Competition in Israel; Gwhyneth Chen (Taiwan), winner of the Ivo Pogorelich International Piano Competition; Kemal Gekic (Croatia); Konstantin Lifschitz (Russia), Francesco Libetta (Italy), Reiko Watanabe (Japan), AADGT also introduced the unique pianist Grigory Sokolov (Russia), winner of the Tchaikovsky Piano Competition and an outstanding violinist Vadim Gluzman (Israel), Tamara Volskaya (USA) and Zurab Ninua (Georgia) to the American audiences and has gained a reputation for extraordinary achievements as a contributor to our cultural heritage and diversity.

        

    Mrs. Elena Rossman is the Founder, President and Musical Director of AADGT. She founded the organization in 1993. Mrs. Rossman has spent over twenty years in the world of classical music. She received a Master's degree in  Piano Pedagogy  under the stewardship of Professor V. Afanasiyev-- a pupil of professor G. Neuhaus. She is well known in the musical circles and has traveled extensively throughout the world to meet young artists.
